Refunding Orders with Multiple Order Items

Are you looking to issue a refund? It's easier than ever to refund orders with multiple products on them. We'll walk you through the refund process step by step.

Steps:

• Go to the order you want to refund
• Click on the Actions button on the top right
• Click Issue Refund
• Fill in the dollar amount that you want to refund, add the reason for the refund, select the payment method you want to refund, and click continue.
• Deselect the products that you DO NOT want to refund
• Review and complete the refund
