Setting Up Waivers
Communicating your terms and conditions has never been easier. With Citrus, you can streamline the process and ensure that your customers are always in the loop without overwhelming them with lengthy documents.
Waivers in Citrus
Citrus has 3 types of waivers that appear at different stages for your customer so that they are reminded of the terms.
Program Waiver:

- Settings > Manage your program waivers and terms > Program Terms
This waiver is presented to your customers when they are creating their account with you on Citrus. This is only accepted once at the account creation step and will not need to accept them again.
Default Membership Waiver:

- Settings > Manage your program waiver and terms > Default membership terms
This waiver appears every time a customer purchases a membership from your program. These terms serve as the default terms for all new membership packages that are purchased from your program. You can include additional terms and conditions on individual memberships in the 'Memberships' section.
Event Waiver:

- Settings > Manage how registrations work with events > Event Waiver
The most frequently accepted waiver. Every time a customer registers for a camp, session, or appointment event with you, they will have to accept this waiver.
