Partial Refunds

Refunds can be made any way you like, including partial refunds. Simply enter the custom amount that you'd like to refund and you're done!

Here are a few simple steps to help you make a partial refund on an order

Steps:

• Select Financials on the lefthand panel
• Select the order you want to refund
• Click the Actions button at the top right corner
• Click Issue Refund
• Adjust the amount that you want to refund. For it to be a partial refund, it should be less than the total amount paid
• Select items on the order that you want to refund
• Review and complete the refund
