Applying Coupons

Coupons are a great way to reward customers! In Citrus, coupons can be applied to any order to create a discount. 🏷️🤑

Steps to Applying a Coupon

1. Click Financials on the lefthand panel
2. Either select Create Order or select the order you want to apply a discount to

1. Coupons can only discount orders with a ‘created’ status.

1. Select Add coupon found above the order totals
2. Start searching for the ‘discount’ code for the coupon
3. Select the coupon you want to apply
4. If you wish to add another coupon code, select Add another coupon

NOTE: if the discount appears as $0.00, please check that there are items in the order and that all coupon requirements and restrictions have been met.
